The Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality education to Pre-University students (equivalent to Class 11 and 12, or the first two years of college education in some systems). The role focuses on academic excellence, holistic development, and adherence to the syllabus prescribed by the Karnataka Pre-University Education Board. A commitment to the values and mission of the Bethany Educational Society is essential.
