Rosa Mystica Pre-University College, Kinnikambla celebrated its much-awaited Sports Fiesta 2K25 on Thursday 30th October with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The event commenced at 9 am with the college band proudly escorting the dignitaries to the ground. Mr Lancy Sequeira Physical Education Director of Rosa Mystica Aided High School and Gurupura Hobli Nodal Officer was the Chief Guest and received the march-past honour. Sr Roselyta, the Correspondent in her presidential address, inspired the students to cultivate discipline and uphold the spirit of true sportsmanship. Fr Sunil Joseph MI blessed the occasion, encouraging the students to develop their talents and strive for excellence.
The college felicitated Mr Lancy Sequeira for his constant support and guidance. In his address he appreciated the principal, vice principal, and lecturers for their tireless efforts. The well-coordinated march-past was a feast to the eyes, enhanced by Madam Sujatha’s lively commentary.
The presence of Ms Hensita Vanditha D’Costa and Mr Samad, the proud alumni of the college, as guests of honour, was indeed a proud and joyful moment. The Heads of the various institutions on the campus graced the occasion with their valuable presence and extended their blessings to the event.
The winners of throwball, volleyball, and other group events were honoured in the morning session, followed by exciting track and field events. During the finale, the winners were awarded prizes. The Alumni Sports added joy and unity to the celebration.
Sr Anita Lydia the Principal warmly welcomed the gathering. Madam Esha facilitated the programme and Madam Rashmi proposed the vote of thanks. Mr Veersh the Physical Education Director, along with all the lecturers and students, performed their duties to perfection, ensuring the day’s success. The event concluded on a high note as everyone glorified God for the pleasant weather and the spirit of togetherness that filled the campus.
