Report on Value Education Session – “A Journey Within, Pause and Reflect”

A Value Education Session titled “A Journey Within, Pause and Reflect” was conducted for the PUC students of Rosa Mystica PU College, Kinnikambla, on 6th June 2026 at 9.15 am. in the college auditorium. The programme aimed at nurturing self-awareness, values, and personal growth among the students.

The programme was compered by Mr Avil, who warmly welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource person. Rev Fr Cyril Lobo, Spiritual Director, commenced the session with a meaningful prayer, creating a serene and reflective atmosphere.

Through inspiring insights, thought-provoking examples, and value-based reflections, Fr Cyril Lobo encouraged the students to pause amidst their busy lives and embark on an inner journey of self-discovery. The session highlighted the importance of character formation, positive thinking, gratitude, and responsible living.

Sr Anita Lydia the Principal  addressed the students and emphasized the significance of value-based education in shaping responsible and compassionate individuals. The students actively participated and benefited greatly from the enriching experience.

The programme concluded on a positive note, leaving the students inspired, motivated, and empowered to lead meaningful lives rooted in strong values and self-reflection.
