Rosa Mystica PU College Joyfully Celebrates Bethany Foundation Day

Kinnikambla, July 16: Rosa Mystica Pre-University College, Kinnikambla, celebrated the Foundation Day of the Bethany Congregation, founded by the Servant of God Msgr. Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas, with great joy, gratitude, and devotion.

Presiding over the programme, Sr Anita Lydia, Principal of Rosa Mystica PU College, highlighted the extraordinary vision and selfless service of the Founder, Servant of God Msgr. Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas. She said that his unwavering dedication to God, love for humanity, and commitment to education and service continue to inspire generations. She noted that the remarkable growth and mission of the Bethany Congregation stand as a living testimony to his vision and sacrifice.

The celebration began with a solemn prayer service, followed by a graceful prayer dance that created a serene and prayerful atmosphere. As a mark of reverence and gratitude, the dignitaries and staff offered floral tributes to the portrait of the Founder. The programme was enriched with melodious songs by the students and a vibrant Bethany Anthem Dance, beautifully portraying the spirit, values, and legacy of the Bethany Congregation.

The Chief Guest, Sr Alveena Clare BS, Tertian Directress, inspired the students to imbibe the true spirit of BETHANY by being Kind, Empathetic, Truthful, Honest, Affectionate, never giving up, and always saying “Yes” to God. She encouraged the students to dream big, work hard with determination, and reminded them that “the sky is the limit” for those who persevere with faith and commitment.

Student Shreeram G. Shetty welcomed the gathering. Asiya Banu compered the programme with confidence and grace, while Abdul Khadar Shayan proposed the vote of thanks.

The celebration concluded on a joyful and inspiring note, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to the ideals of faith, love, service, and excellence envisioned by its Founder, Servant of God Msgr Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas.
